Mentoring: Existing Businesses & Start-ups (casual and contract)

Breton works with business owners, meeting monthly to review and plan business performance and needs. This is a great option for start-ups looking to avoid pitfalls and make the most of opportunities. The business mentor role is mostly advisory with limited hands-on involvement. There are two options; casual arrangements or a monthly time quota on a contract.

Project Assignments (casual)

Project assignments include ad-hoc arrangements to plan, execute, manage specific tasks / programmes; ranging from viability assessments to managing special projects or marketing programmes, preparing business plans, conducting market / customer surveys, brand analysis or refresh, conducting workshops, budget planning, business expansion and franchising initiatives.

Full Advisory Engagement (contract)

Breton works closely with business owners and key team members to help you take your business to the next level. He helps businesses work through challenges to reveal opportunities, get through the startup phase and/or find the right path for your business. This includes discussing all matters from strategic planning to operational and marketing implementation and relationship management. This typically involves meeting at least fortnightly and includes hands-on involvement where required.

Marketing Coordination (casual and contract)

With over 40 years experience in marketing and communications, Breton brings expertise and provides hands-on marketing, branding and communications planning and implementation. Working with you as a business owner, as well as existing resources, and/or tribe-forming new resource networks, Breton helps to optimise expertise where needed. Marketing coordination includes budget, pipeline and customer relationship planning and management and can be done on a casual or contract based agreement.
